The Queen & Vice Queen Regional Workshops are held quarterly and are hosted by a Chapter within our Region. This gives everyone the opportunity to travel and visit our Region. The host Chapter is targeted to keep the event at $15.00 per person, which would include lunch and any incidental expenses. (Any monies left over would go into the Region Checking account to be applied to yearly Regional activities.) The standing agenda for our workshops is: on-time drawing, door prize(s), share a craft or game that can be brought back to your chapters, share chapter/region/state information, and of course have lunch - how fun!! (There should be no vendors at these workshops.)

Regional Events, or Gatherings, are open to all Red Hatters within our Region and should be held either once or twice a year. An Event Committee should be formed to gather information regarding event location and logistics, as well as action items/assignments needed to be completed to ensure a successful Event. The Event Committee shall obtain agreement/concurrence from the SCQC Regional Coordinator, as well as a majority rule of Regional Queens & Vice Queens, prior to any contractual agreement being made. If space is available, Red Hatters outside our region can be invited to join in the fun!!
