SCQC Santee Cooper Region Santee-Cooper Region is made up of the following counties: Sumter, Santee, Orangeburg, Berkeley, Calhoun, Barnwell and Colleton counties.

Posting Guidelines
There are so many wonderful Red Hat activities going on throughout South Carolina that it is impossible for us to promote them all. In order to maintain fairness and consistency we ask that you promote your chapter sponsored events through your region's website. If your event is open to other areas, be sure you post it on the RHS Calendar too. The SCQC site will promote SCQC and SCQC Regional Events. A regional event is one that is sponsored by your region, not your chapter. Keep in mind events sponsored regionally or by individual chapters can’t be posted if they are solely for selling items for a business. If you would like your chapter website linked to your region's site, or to post an activity or news, please email your local regional coordinator (links are provided in the left margin on our home page). Thank you for your understanding!

Meet Your Regional Coordinator

The Regional Coordinator ensures that the Region is kept up to date on the Red Hat events around the Region and the State, by ensuring that Reqional meetings are held on a regular basis and hosting Region Wide Red Hat Events. She attemps to visit as many of the chapters each year as she can.

Pat Hogan is Queen of the Sassy Sisters Chapter out of Moncks Corner. She became a Red Hatter in 1999 and is the founding Queen of the Sassy Sisters which she started in 2003.

Pat grew up in NE Montana where she developed her love of horses and the outdoors.

She served 20 years in the Navy and retired in the Moncks Corner area in 1995.

She and Randy have been married for 31 years and have two children,and one granddaughter.

Never having lost her love of horses she currently has two horses and three cats.

She accepted the position of Regional Coordinator in 2006. When she is not doing Red Hat stuff, she works part time.
