Next Meeting Our next meeting will be January 17th. It will be a pine needle coiling class. If you need for me to provide the pine needles for the class...please let me know by January 6th so that I can get them ordered. If I order them in bulk, they are cheaper. |

Welcome to the Home of the Travelin' Gourd Patch
Welcome to the site of The Travelin' Gourd Patch. We would love to have you come join us!
We have members from both South Carolina and Georgia.
Our meetings are set as of now on Sunday afternoons at 2 until ?.You will need to bring a pretty thick gourd so that it will be sturdy enough to sew. You will need to finish the inside and outside of the gourd before the class..you will need to drill holes 1/2" apart and 1/4" from the rim. You will need waxed linen, and a sewing needle.
If you haven't already, please email Peggy Ash 5 or 6 suggestions for classes that you would like to see next year. She is trying to get our class schedules prepared. We want to keep this Patch about what you want to learn, so help us out! Thanks!
