In Memorium
Watertown Habitat For Humanity Board Treasurer, Barb Husby, passed away on Saturday, July 7th. The funeral was held on Wednesday, July 11th at the Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer. HFH house #19 will be dedicated to Barb.

I have a couple more updates for everyone. First of all, we will need everyone’s supporter of the year names with correct spelling ASAP. We would like to get plaques ordered by the beginning of next week. In order to start planning the program, we will need the supporter of the year bios as well. The deadline for the bios will be September 14, 2007. For your reference, I will attach a spreadsheet of who each affiliate has nominated in the past years if you can’t recall who you have already nominated.We have also locked in a room rate at the Best Western Ramkota in Sioux Falls for hotel rooms for the night of the banquet. The cost will be $89 per night. If you would like this rate, call the Best Western Ramkota directly (605-336-0650) and say you will be staying with Habitat for Humanity- South Dakota on November 17th. This rate will be locked in until October 26th, and then the rate will go back to normal at $109.
