TOTAL TEACHER ACCOUNTS = $4175.00
First 1/2 of School Supply Fund = $1500.00
This fund includes but does not limit to the following items:
- Copy Paper
- Ink Cartridges
- General School Supplies as deemed necessary by the school
Second 1/2 of School Supply Fund= $1500.00
½ of 23 Field Trips = $1952.24*
Spring Awards = $500.00
Teacher Appreciation = $500.00
PTO/Volunteer’s Liability Insurance = $300.00
Misc. Expenses for Owl Prowl = $300.00
Total Budget Expenditures for 2007/2008= $13152.24
- Jaxco - Fall Fundraiser = $15,0000.00
- Owl Prowl - Spring Fundraiser = $9,000.00 ( estimated income after everything is paid to teacher accounts and rewards )
* All field trips will be paid as taken. We will no longer write one check for all potential field trips when they are not always used and the money is sitting in an account as to which it can not be moved from that CES account.
