CES~PTO Budget 2007-2008
Beginning Balance of a minimum of $3000.00
Teacher Accounts:
23 Classroom Teachers at $100.00 = $2300.00
First 1/2 of School Supply Fund = $1500.00
EXPENSES FUNDED BEFORE SCHOOL = $5675.00
Computers (If needed)= $1500.00
Second 1/2 of School Supply Fund= $1500.00 ½ of 23 Field Trips = $1952.24* Spring Awards = $500.00 Teacher Appreciation = $500.00 PTO/Volunteer’s Liability Insurance = $300.00 Misc. Expenses for Owl Prowl = $300.00 Expenses Funded After School Begins = $6552.24
Total Budget Expenditures for 2007/2008= $13152.24 Potential Income for 2007/2008 is as follows:
* All field trips will be paid as taken. We will no longer write one check for all potential field trips when they are not always used and the money is sitting in an account as to which it can not be moved from that CES account. Approved at the April 2007 PTO Meeting.
