Ingredients: One ~ 30oz bag of hash browns Add 3 cans Chicken Broth (Sue Bee is good) and One can Cream of Chicken Soup Mix in One 8oz package of Cream Cheese One Onion, cut up and Salt and Pepper to taste, (Lots of Pepper!)
Cook in crock pot on high for 3 hours or on medium for 4 hours.
Robbie gave us this recipe at the Tea Cottage after telling us that she never really liked Potato Soup...but this is WOW! And great for cold evenings!
