Greeting in Jesus name. We have launched into the New Year with high hope of this year being the best ever. But first I just want to re-cap the latter part of last year.

In November I was blessed with the opportunity to go on a mission trip with three other men to Romania for two weeks. The purpose of the mission was to show the movie “The Passion of Christ”. Over six hundred people viewed the film and one hundred and thirty two people who came to know the Lord.

While we were there we stayed with our new missionaries, Mircea and Lidia Drule. Romania is among the poorest countries in the world. The average wages is $150.00 per month. If you are looking for a new mission project to be a part of, this missionary family is doing a wonderful work there in Romania and could use financial support. Presently, he is at $200 per month however we need to be at $500 to support him and his church. It is my prayer that you would consider taking on this work in Romania as a mission project

With the start of a new year, the Lord is opening doors in new directions. This new branch of outreach for Global Baptist Ministries is a project that I have been involved in for several months now and the results have been tremendous.

The “Employee Assistance Guidance Center”, which is now up and running, is an outreach program designed to impact the lives of employees of companies in spiritual matters. Teaming up with a local business owner, we are able to reach more than 200 employees with Christian films, one on one consulting and as a result, watching over 100 lives come to know Christ.

The purpose of this ministry is to assist these new converts in discipleship with churches in their area. The theme of this ministry is “Caring Put In Action”.

I need your prayers for me. About three weeks ago a nerve in my left eye burst causing me to see double. My doctor said it should clear up in the next couple months. However, I am scheduled for a Soul Winning, Mission and Bible Conference as well as church planting in Chickamauga, GA and I need you prayers as God brings all this together for His honor and glory.

Well, I glad you stopped in today to visit my little speed bump on the information super highway. When I really get the hang of this thing, maybe I can work my way up to a "major off-ramp".
