 Guidelines
 Illness Guidelines
- Please do not bring your child to a MOMS Club event if he or she is/may be
sick in any way. Your child should be free of any symptoms (including fever,
vomiting, diarrhea, sore throat and rash) for at least 24 house before
returning to events. The same guidelines apply to adults who are or may be
ill.
- If your child comes down with an illness soon after a MOMS club event,
please contact anybody who might have been exposed to give them some
warning.
Common Courtesy Guidelines
- If you RSVP to an event and then realize that you will be unable to attend,
please call and let us know so that we do not worry about you and we can
give your spot to somebody else.
- Please be careful about who you share your MOMS Club documents and roster
with. The information contained in our documents is for club purposes only
and should not be used for any other business or personal reasons. We would
not want our family’s personal information to fall into the wrong hands!
- Please be aware of the language you use and the manners you exhibit in front
of other people’s children. Some words that are considered acceptable in
your household may not be acceptable in somebody elses.
Safety Guidelines
- Since there are so many kids and adults with allergies, please do not feed
another child before obtaining permission from his/her parents.
- LPlease avoid bringing anything containing peanuts or peanut products to MOMS
Club events- particularly when the item is to be shared by the group.
- Please label any food that you bring to a club event so that those with
allergies or dietary restrictions can make safe choices.
Please do not bring hot beverages to club meetings- it could be a disaster
if something spilled on a little one!
- Never escort a child out of his/her parent’s view without their knowledge.
An innocent trip to the bathroom can quickly turn into a terrifying
experience when Mom has no idea where her child has gone!
