May 17, 2008 TAP Board Meeting - MTSU
Directions to get to MTSU and especially to the Business and Aerospace Building and SunTrust Room. If you are not familiar with the MTSU campus and all of its construction projects, it can be a difficult place to navigate. Go Interstate 24 and take EXIT 81B -Shelbyville/Murfreesboro-take the Murfreesboro loop = B. This will loop you onto CHURCH STREET (Cracker Barrel, BP, Wendy's on your RIGHT).
Within 1/8 of a mile turn - RIGHT onto RUTHERFORD BOULEVARD (RB) proceed on RB. Cross the railroad tracks.
Proceed on RUTHERFORD BLVD (RB) you will pass BROAD STREET, BRADYVILLE ROAD, WOODBURY HIGHWAY...keep coming on RB...you will want to merge into the LEFT LANE and keep coming on RB.
The next intersection is RB and EAST MAIN STREET on your left you'll see a little strip mall, Shell Station, and then Fraternity Row... keep coming straight...you'll see a large brick entrance to campus on your left - GO PAST THIS ENTRANCE...GET INTO THE LEFT HAND LANE and keep coming straight until you reach GREENLAND DRIVE after the Rutherford Boulevard/MTSU Boulevard entrance to campus (about 1/4 mile looks like residential area).
Turn LEFT onto GREENLAND DRIVE and continue until you reach the campus entrance (CHAMPION WAY).
Turn LEFT onto CHAMPION WAY.
Turn RIGHT at the three-way stop.
Continue around CHAMPION WAY past the baseball field and through another three way stop (Nursing Building on your Left; Tucker Theater will be on your Right), continue to the four-way stop.
Turn LEFT onto MTSU Boulevard (Nursing Building will then be on your Left; high-rise dorm on your Right. Less than 1/8 of a mile and you'll see the Business and Aerospace Building (BAS) on your Right.
Parking should be available in front of the building or across the street immediately in front of the BAS. Handicapped parking is available close to the BAS Building.
Come in the front of the building, enter through the front doors and you will see the SunTrust Room just off the lobby to your LEFT.
This is the easiest way to get you onto campus. Please give yourself plenty of time to reach the BAS/SunTrust Room.
January 1, 2009-- NAP/TAP Membership Dues to be paid.
February 1, 2009 -- Membership is delinquent if dues have not been paid.
February, 2009 -- Bylaws Committee Deadline - Requests for suggested amendments.
March 1, 2009-- Membership forfeited if dues not paid
April 30, 2009 -- TAP Fiscal Year Ends
