After a soup supper, a short business meeting will occur. During the meeting, voting on the candidates for chapter membership will take place. Re-dedication to the Society ideals will follow. We will vote on officers for our club for the 2012-2014 term. Lastly, will be the sharing of the birthday cake, and singing of the Delta Kappa Gamma song. Members will enjoy a Soup Supper set out by the Social Committee. Members with last names M-Z will bring soup, while members with last names A-L will pay $5.00 each to contribute to the Alpha Kappa’s Jean Castleberry Grant-in Aid.

March 20, 2012 Lubbock Women's Club 5 pm

Each chapter will introduce possible new members. Followed by an orientation of the purposes of Delta Kappa Gamma, with additional information being given in regard to pertinent facts about the five local chapters. The meeting will end with a social “meet and greet” the present members, as well as the possible initiates

April 3, 2012 Whiteside Elementary 7 pm

John Frullo or a member from his office will inform the club of important upcoming legislation and inform us of John Frullo’s position on various topics. Iniation of new members will take place. A short business meeting will follow.

May 5, 2012 Lubbock Womens Club 11:30 am

President Gracie Simmons of Zeta Omicron will welcome members of the five Lubbock Chapters of Delta Kappa Gamma. We will hear greetings from State and our Area XII Coordinator, Cheryl Hindman. Each president will ask her members and guests to stand and be recognized. After a short benediction, everyone will enjoy lunch and time to converse before the program remembering our Founders. After the program we will dismiss by singing the Official Delta Kappa Gamma Song.
