What is a Proactive Anger Management Class?

The Proactive Anger Management Classes are for individuals who are NOT court ordered, have NO pending or upcoming court case and has been recommended to do so by an Attorney as part of a divorce decree, reconciliation, mediation, child custody or any other legal matter or employer.

The Proactive Anger Management Class is for the individual who has challenges and wishes to gain new tools to help with these challenges, while learning healthy communication skill sets and learn more about emotional intelligence.

Chronic Anger Can Cost!
Although anger is a natural emotion, it may be ruining your personal life and can affect your professional life as well. Instead of expressing your anger in a healthy or positive assertive way, you may be expressing it with hostility in an aggressive manner that could lead to violence and create negative consequences.

What you will learn:
1. What is anger?
2. How to reduce anger
3. How to avoid quick escalation
4. Effective communication skills in the angry moment
5. Emotional Intelligence

* Class Day: Tuesday & Wednesday Evenings
* Class Times: 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.


* Classes meet above minimum criteria for all anger managment training.
* Classes are 6 - 2 hour sessions to be attended in succession over a 6 week period.
* All clients must pre-register for classes to reserve seating.
* No walkins accepted.
* Full Payment is required for the classes.
