Keep in mind that this list does not cover the situations that occur at a family level. Should a child experience pain and confusion as a result of divorce, a serious illness, abuse, fire, accident, etc. then they are eligible for a blanket as well. As soon as I receive a call from a concerned friend or relative, I make sure a blanket is delivered to them as soon as possible.
