WELCOME TO THE RED HAT FILLIES
**Offical Red Hat Society Chapter Number 36008**
This is the Web site for The Red Hat Fillies, an official Chapter of the Red Hat Society www.redhatsociety.com . We are a Red Hat group of friends with members throughout the city of Houston and surrounding areas. We are always looking for new and exciting excursions and enjoy meeting other Red Hatters and sharing in their activities. The Fillies meet regularly on the first Thursday of each month for dinner. In addition to the dinners, we help plan and participate in a number of Multi-chapter activities planned well in advance.
These Multi-chapter activities are in conjunction with other Red Hat groups and include senior citizens bus trips and carpooling to points of interest in Houston and surrounding areas. Through these trips we have enjoyed meeting many other Red Hat ladies and making new friends. We welcome ideas for future excursions and activities.
Membership in the Red Hat Fillies is by invitation only, and currently our Chapter is closed to new members. To read our Chapter Guidelines, please visit Queen's Corner.

UPCOMING EVENTS
ATTENTION RED HATTERS: Our Multi-Chapter bus trips for 2010 will be listed below soon. Please know that we have a trip to Orange, TX for a self guided tour of Shangri La Botanical Gardens and Nature Center planned for March 10th and a bluebonnet trip planned for April 7th., including a guided tour of the Rose Emporium and lunch at Marthas Bloomer's Tearoom. There is one current opening for the Saturday, Feb. 13th My Dee Dee's Pie Shoppe Event. Please contact Sheila at sjaynes50@yahoo.com.
