This corporation is organized for the specific purpose:

Mission: To protect and support the immigrant population through the coordination of programs and services.

Purpose: To coordinate services for immigrants in Texas and partner with human and social service organizations throughout North America in order to improve social conditions for the families of immigrants in Texas.

Objectives:

1. To educate immigrants detained in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities on thier basic rights and assist them in communicating with family members and legal service providers.

2. To assist attorneys and legal service providers in representing immigrants held in Immigration and Customs Enforcement facilities in Texas.

3. To provide assistance to humanitarian and social service organizations throughout North America in the common struggle for social justice and human rights in order to improve the social conditions for the families of immigrants in Texas.

4. To increase awareness in Texas communities about human rights issues affecting immigrants.
