MONTHLY MEETINGS Monthly meetings are held on the third Saturday of each month at the South Waco Library, 2737 18th Street, Waco, TX from 2:00 to 4:00.
The 2016 Dues are $10.00 per year payable the first meeting in January. Dues must be paid by the February meeting to have name added to the Yearbook. Beginning in June dues will be pro-rated for the remainder of the year. | MEMBERSHIP The Central Texas Doll Club membership shall be open to those adult individuals interested in dolls and related items. All phases of the doll arts will be encouraged consisting of but not limited to: antique and modern dolls, doll clothing and furniture, houses and miniatures, paper dolls, teddy bears, doll restorations and technology, doll dealers. There shall be no discrimination in the acceptance of members. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
President's Projects With our love for dolls and toys we wish to ensure that children in our area will have a special Christmas. Therefore, we collect toys to support Blue Santas of Waco | Tea Party Girl Scout troops have been invited to join the Doll Club for an afternoon tea and a display of minature tea sets as well as information on holding a formal tea party. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Membership Requirements
Compliance with club's goals, purposes and by-laws Maintain the highest level of honesty and integrity in all dealings with members, other "doll people" and the general public Payment of dues: Dues are renewable each January for every member Professionals in the doll field shall not sell their products or services as representatives of the doll club, but as individuals only. Guests may attend two meetings prior to joining. Dues must be paid at the second meeting. Complete an application form. To be a voting member a person must be at least 18 years old. Must be at least 16 years old but will be considered a non-voting member until 18th birthday. |
