International Dossier Consulting, Texas Re-Adoptions & Finalizations, Texas Wills & Powers of Attorney -- Kimberly Sumrow, an adoptive mother and licensed Texas attorney since 1998, will assist a family with all aspects of their adoption paperwork needs. She provides efficient dossier consulting services for families. She provides both individual and group re-adoption services to DFW-FRUA members who desire to complete their re-adoption & finalization in Dallas County. In addition, Kimberly prepares simple wills and powers of attorney. DFW-FRUA members who wish to receive any of these services will receive special membership rates.
