Hardest Hitting Dog - Male & Female

The Open Class of the Hardest Hitting Contest will be divided into Males and Females, the two classes will be judged seperately. Handlers may choose sleeve or bitesuit. There will be only one send permitted per entry unless there is a grave decoy error that interferes with an entrant’s attempt.(such as an accidental esquive, or other error) The decoy will agitate dog at the full distance and will have stick present in one hand. The stick will not be used on the dog but will be a mere prop for the initial agitation. The decoy will drop the stick and the dog will be sent. This event will be held at a distance of 100 feet. The dog will be given an unobstructed, "easy" approach and strike on the decoy, the decoy may move slightly in place to keep dog coming in and to prepare for the "Hit". In these events the dogs will be ranked on the speed and power of the strike, as well as the bite quality. There is no "out" required in the Hardest Hitting Open class.
