PURPOSE

The Prayer Team sees to it that the spiritual and physical needs of the sick, the lost, the wayward and those grieving are not passed over, but that their petitions are taken to the Father in prayer.

For It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer (Matthew 21:13) and so we each ask Hear my prayer, O LORD, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness. (Psalm 143:1) Then, Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer (Romans 12:12), we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word. (Acts 6:4)

REQUESTS

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. Philippians 4:6 You need not be a member of the Double R Cowboy Church in Clarksville to request its Prayer Team to pray for yourself or anyone you know.

If you or someone you know is going through a trial or tribulation, needs salvation, is sick or injured, needs protection, or for any other reason one might need prayer, please call or email. Or come by on Sunday morning or Wednesday evening and let your request be known in person to anyone on the prayer team. We’d love to meet and greet you. And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he has committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. James 5:15

It will be our joy to seek the Father’s will in the name of His son Jesus on your behalf. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. James 5:16

And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive. Matthew 21:22
