OUR APOSTLE Apostle Blackwell was called and saved at the tender age of seven,but she did not fully embrace that calling until her first year of college,due to the persercution and misunderstanding of women in leadership positions in ministry. Growing up in the south she was a sought out speaker in her teenage years as a missionary speaker and youth advocate.Apostle Blackwell was filled with the Holy Ghost and began preaching at the age of eighteen years old. She was set apart for the sake of the gospel by one of her mentors and pastor Dr. Kerry Price founder of Breath of Life Ministries in Pine Bluff, Arkansas under his ministry she co-founded the Singles Ministry(Singles ,Saved, Satisfied in the Savior),in 1983 founded Endurance Ministries,1988-90 while her husband was stationed at Fort Hood Apostle Blackwell futhered her Biblical Education and became apart of the volunteer staff as the Assist Minister of the Singles Ministry at CHOP under Bishop Nathaniel Holcomb in Copperas Cove, Texas,while atteding furthering her education and traveling back and forth to her hoem town she founded Manna Ministries and met and became apart of Holy Deliverance Ministries under Apostle (Dr.) L.J.Lyas in Pine Bluff, AR (formerly of Pasadena,CA )where Apostle was ordained in the fivefold office as a evangelist to the nation.

January 1999 Apostle was consecrated as a pastor and prophet set aside for the Masters use by Bishop Kurt Thompson,at the time Bishop Kenneth Spears,Bishop Reginald Parker, Apostle Alicia Patterson, Apostles Hartford& Span Coats,Apostle Kevin LaGrone, and their pastor; Apostle(Dr) Louise J. Lyas.Apostle Blackwell has founded and co-founded various other ministries, set in office on the local, state and International level as a part of the Full Gospel Baptist Church under Bishop Paul S. Morton.Apostle Blackwell has now been a resident of the state of Texas over 12 years and the call for unity,and empowering the body of Christ especially those in leadership transcended to Texas and nationwide. She was consecrated and elevated to the office of Apostle June 16,2004 by Bishop Ron Collet, Bishop Billy Clark, Apostle Kevin Lagrone, Apostles Hart & Span Coates,Apostle L.J. Lyas by the laying on of hands and consecration service.She is the founder of Fresh Manna Ministries & Guards of God Alliance , Fresh Manna Ministries is for the empowering,equipping,and encouraging of the laity Guards of God is network founded by Dr. Blackwell for those who are kingdom minded and not just church orienteded to revitalize,re-establish,develop covenant relationships and alliances that will have a place of refuge,restoration and training for those who feel they have been called to lead or are already operating in the capacity of leadership by truly manifesting Ephesians 4:1-16 to tear down the walls of seperation in the body.Apostle Blackwell passion for unity in the body, love and compassion for those men and women of God who have the honor of carrying the gospel and feeding the flock is beyond transcends the vocabulary.She has faithlully served the body of Christ over 25 years in ministry and there is no letting up in this mandate.She attribute her knowledge and experience to not just her personal dedication,but to those whom God has favored her to be mentored by such as the late Rev. Albert King,the late Rev. Robert Pierce,Dr. Kerry Price,(Mother in Ministry over 25 years){Presiding Prelate & Apostle Go Tell It}Bishop(Dr.) Corletta Vaughn, Dr. Gilbert Vaughn,(Mother in Ministry)Dr. Louise J. Lyas,Father in Ministry{Presiding Prelate PMA} Apostle(Dr.) Sherman Allen, Rev. Johnny Morton, Joan Hunter.Apostle Blackwell believes every leader wants and need accountability,she provides covering and mentoring to various men and women of God,while making herself accountable to those who cover her and her ministry.

Apostle Blackwell is honored to be set apart for the expansion of kingdom,but her most coveted minstry and office is that of wife to Pastor John M. Blackwell who gives her grace to be who and do what God has mandated for Apostle to do in this hour.She is dedicated to being the mother to Minister James C. Blackwell, Minister Joshua C. Blackwell.

Network founded by Dr. S.C. Blackwell, who also resides in the office of Apostle.
