MEETING TIMES & PLACE

Guild meetings are held each SECOND TUESDAY EVENING of the months September through May usually at GLOBAL GROUP INC, 4901 North Beach Street, Fort Worth, 76137

Social time begins at 7:00 pm, the general meeting begins at 7:30pm.

Directions: From Northeast Mall/Loop-820: Go west on Loop 820, take exit 17B, Beach Street. At the light, turn left on Beach. Go approximately 1/2 mile. GGI is on the right.

From Downtown Fort Worth: Go North on I-35. Take Exit 57A to go east on Loop 820. Almost immediately, take exit 17B Beach Street. At the light, turn right on Beach, go approximately 1/2 mile. Global Group Inc. is a large one-story gray brick building on your right. Enter through the double glass doors that face N. Beach Street.

Exhibit
Fort Worth Calligraphers Guild member art will be featured in exhibit cases of the Southwest Regional Library, 4001 Library Lane in Fort Worth (76109-4495) during the month of February 2012. (The library is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 6p.m.; Tuesdays and Thursdays noon to 8 p.m.; and closed on Fridays and Sundays.) Library Telephone: 817-392-5860

PROGRAMS AT A GLANCE

Program-"What I did on my summer vacation" featuring slides from the IAMPETH convention-Angie Vangalis. It is time to get together after a long and hot summer! Bring your calligraphic creations to the meeting and show them off. We all enjoy seeing what everyone has been doing! Last July, Angie Vangalis attended the 62nd Annual IAMPETH Convention in Phoenix. She is going to share some of the highlights from the convention. Come prepared to inspire and be inspired!
