The Foundation For Family Victims Of Substance Abuse

The Foundation For Family Victims Of Substance Abuse is a Federally Recognized Charity under section 501(C)(3) of the Department Of The Treasury, Internal Revenue Service code.

The Foundation was founded in 1994 (as TFS Association, Inc.); changed it's name in 1997, received its Advanced Ruling as a Public Charity in October,1999 and received its Final Ruling on April 5, 2004.

A M Ministries is one of the Spiritual components of The Foundation, addressing spiritual issues relating to the general public and The Foundation's members; Joy Comes (Radio and Television) are outreaches of A M Ministries, as is The Triumphant Church (an International Fellowship and God’s Generals International Ministry Training Center.

Independent Voices provides a public outlet for The Foundation For Family Victims Of Substance Abuse’s population providing a public creative outlet to spotlight drug and alcohol free writers, singers, musicians, poets, visual artists, and others who have developed their gifts and are at a stage that their work (containing true creativity without profanity, or denigrating lyrics) may be presented to the world.

Dr. Anita McLaughlin (Apostle Anita) is the Founder and Executive Director of The Foundation For Family Victims of Substance Abuse, the Founder and Pastor of A M Ministries, Inc., Seasons (Family Groups), The Triumphant Church (an International Fellowship). She is Apostle General of God’s Generals International Ministry Training Center, and Founder, Executive Producer and Host of Joy Comes (Radio and Television).

The Foundation has been approved by the Internal Revenue Service to receive donations and to give Tax Deductible Receipts for Donations under its Federal Tax ID Number.
