Biography of Prophet Vanessa Weatherspoon

After a successful 12-year career as an Industrial Engineer in Corporate America,
Prophet Vanessa Weatherspoon accepted her call into ministry.
Prophet Vanessa then enrolled at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma in January 1990.
She was ordained on January 15, 1995.

She is founder and director of VanNet Works (Vanessa Networks), a networking, instructional self-improvement organization
which “introduces the Body to the Body” by joining believers synergistically
in the realms of business, academia and evangelism.
Prophet Vanessa completed her Mathematics (B.A.) and Industrial Engineering Technology (B.I.E.T.) degrees
from Spelman College and Southern Technical Institute,respectively.
She later received her Masters of Christian Education (1992)
and Masters of Divinity (1994) from Oral Roberts University.
During her tenure there, Prophet Vanessa served concurrently as
President of both the Graduate Theology Student Government
and the Bible Seminarians Fellowship (BSF) for two years.
Prophet Vanessa was also nominated to “Who’s Who Among American Colleges and Universities”
as a undergraduate and graduate student.
She recently completed her Doctorate of Religious Philosophy from
Tabernacle Bible College and Seminary (2005).
Prophet Vanessa has been featured as an expert on radio and television
in the area of prophecy, spiritual growth Christian Education, prayer,
relationships, time management and conflict resolution. Currently Prophet Vanessa has
a 30 minute radio and internet broadcast program
entitled, "Speaking The Truth In Love." This weekly broadcast is a time of prophetic teaching
and revelatory insight to the practical and profound msyteries
of the Bible and the apostolic mandate for our time.
Presently, Prophet Vanessa oversees a full-time Dallas, Texas based ministry.
She serves as the Senior Pastor of Gathering Of The Eagles Worship Center,
and also travels internationally ministering the practical and prophetic Word of God
with Gathering Of The Eagles Ministries, along with teaching weekly classes in her Gathering Of The Eagles Bible Institute.
Prophet Vanessa strives to help equip the saints in becoming the most effective witness for our Lord Jesus Christ.
Her unique approach in expounding God’s Word will stir you,
for she is an anointed mouthpiece used of the Lord to proclaim the Gospel for the Kingdom of God.
