HHS CHEERLEADERS CHEER CLINIC
We had an awesome turn out this year at our cheer clinic. We had 67 sign up for the clinic and they were divided by age & among Varsity, JV and Freshman. The girls did an excellent job teaching these future cheerleaders everything they know.
Thank you to all the volunteers & cheerleaders who helped with the sign ups and with the clinic. We really appreciate you all!
COOK BOOK FUNDRAISER
Thank you to everyone who participated with the Cook Book Fundraiser, we had over 450 recipes submitted and are very excited and know this will be a success with everyones help.
PLEASE GET READY...Terri did a final check on the cook books and hopefully they will be here soon for sale.
FUNDRAISERS
Please Please Please I encourage all the girls and parents to help with all our Fund Raisers....we can not be successful if you do not participate....So I just ask that everyone PLEASE HELP! Thank you for all you do!
Haltom Spirit Booster Club $250 Scholarship
The Haltom Spirit Booster Club is offered a $250 scholarship to an outstanding senior cheerleader.
The Winner of the Scholarship is Alexis Perez, Congratulations Alexis!!!
MySpace/Facebook Websites
Are being monitored and per the Constitution anything inappropriate will be reprehended with punishments up to and including removal from squad. Parents should monitor their cheerleaders MySpace/Facebook Websites and delete any and all inappropriate material immediately. Especially anything pertaining to HHS, HHS Cheerleaders, etc.
Also, if cheerleaders have pics on their websites with other cheerleaders in uniform, they MUST have the other cheerleader parents' permission to post if they are minors (or other cheerleader of legal age).
