Important Information
"Fundraiser Information: All fundraisers for Competition Squad work like the individual accounts. Monies earned for cheerleader & parent will be credited to individual cheerleaders account evenly… PROVIDING FULL SHIFT IS WORKED!! NO credit for ½ shifts or excessive tardiness.
Cheerleaders: You may have a non-competition cheerleader or family member work for you, with Coach Approval, if you are unable to work!! Please remember, you are still held accountable for the individual working for you and the individual will need to work the same shift and type of work as if you were present. Credit will be made to your account.
Parents: Shift sign-up is a first-come-first-serve basis. You will be contacted by the Competition Squad Sponsor (Vice President or committee member) for openings via email; the first parent to respond will be given the open shifts. Every effort will be made to accommodate all parents, as well as, a rotation so all parents have the opportunity to help their cheerleader."

NOTE: Per the by-laws & UIL… Proceeds from individual fund raising projects will be credited to each individual cheerleader’s account. Monies credited to individual accounts in excess of monies owed by individuals will not be refunded. A credit for the individual cheerleader will roll over to be applied to his/her bill for the next fiscal year provided the cheerleader is elected to the squad. Otherwise, the money will roll into the general fund account, including any funds left by a graduating senior. In the event the competition squad is dissolved, or if a cheerleader quits with money in her/his account, monies are disbursed amongst surviving cheerleaders evenly. NO EXCEPTIONS!
