Savealife-adopt.jpg                                                                                &nbs  The Latest Update: We are raising money to build a kennel area! We are currently trying to find more foster homes until our kennel area is in place. If you would like to become a lifesaver, let us know. Happy Tails pays for all vet expenses and any supplies the animal your fostering may need. All we need from you as a foster home is a safe environment and to love and care for our animal while its temporarily staying at your home.

Adoption Partners
Happy Tails is now partnering with Ganado Feed & More in Ganado, United Ag in Edna and PetSmart in Victoria to adopt out dogs we rescue from the City Pound. Check out the pictures on the links to see other dogs available right now.
If you can help with this adoption event, please call (361) 782-8417.
Volunteers Needed
We always need help! We take dogs to adoption events that we love having volunteers at to help socialize with the dogs. We also work closely with The Edna Pound and we help walk dogs out there and they always need volunteers Monday- Wednesday- Friday starting at 9:00 A.M. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact us.
 We Need Your Help
As a non-profit organization, we are relying totally on donations/pledges to get our organization started. Please look into your hearts and help the stray dogs and cats in Jackson County finally have a safe place to be brought to and give them a chance to be adopted by a loving family. We are currently working on apply for grants and raising money to get a kennel area in place so that more animals can be saved and given a second chance at life and a loving family.
Spay/Neuter of Feral Cats
We are working on raising money strictly for the spaying and neutering of feral cats. We are overpopulated with cats in Jackson County and the problem starts with us humans being responsible and spaying/neutering your cats(animals). Since we do not have a facility it is really hard to have cats. So, as Happy Tails we would like to do what we can and reduce the overpopulation of cats. We are planning to trap feral cats and have them spay/neutered with the donations we recieve. We can only do this with funds we receive from the community who also wants to help reduce the cat population. If you would like to donate strictly to this spaying and neutering of feral cats, please be sure to memo your donation so we know where you’d like your donation to go.
 Thank You
WE GREATLY APPRECIATE ALL THE SUPPORT WE GET FROM OUR COMMUNITY! We are trying our best to save all the animals that we can and every donation- big or small helps us to do this. We are so greatly for all the support we have received throughout the years and we hope you still continue to support our efforts to rescue and save the lives of all the homeless furry babies who DESERVE that second chance at life, affection, and a loving stable family.
