GREAT NEWS...Happy Tails Has Land !!!!! We signed a deed, making the donation of over 5 acres to us OFFICIAL! Keep visiting for upcoming photos.
Our home will be located on HWY 59, just outside of the Edna City Limits on the Victoria side.
Happy Tails is now partnering with PetSmart to adopt out dogs we rescue from the City Pound. Check out the pictures on the links to see other dogs available right now.
Several volunteers went to PetSmart on June 13th and 3 dogs found new homes. We will have several more ready for July.
Happy Tails is selling some great raffle tickets. If you haven't purchased one or seen the prizes on the raffle tickets, you are truly missing out. There is a 4 day, 3 night cruise, Remington 700 Stainless Synthetic Rifle, 32inch HD LCD Toshiba Flat Screen TV, $200 Gift Card to Academy and many more great prizes. Only 500 tickets are being sold. As a non-profit organization, we are relying totally on donations/pledges to get our organization started. We currently have about $12,000 collected but we will need so much more to build our shelter. Please look into your hearts and help the stray dogs and cats in Jackson County finally have a safe place to be brought to and give them a chance to be adopted by a loving family.
Specific Materials Needed: 6' Hurricane fencing, metal buildings, concrete, pipe for septic systems or water lines.
