Update-Knee is worse, possible knee replacement is needed... After having an arthroscopy surgery on my left knee, and then finally having Physcial Therapy started one month later, I am starting to make some progress and do not need physical therapy anymore!
Isn't that Wonderful?
That was the Best news I had heard in a long time!
Actually, I did not go on vacation. I went into a Rehabilitation Center to get help for
being addicted to pain medication. It turned out all good in the end and I am doing "okay"!
I am one lucky woman and
have Jesus on my side!

 Forever beside me we shall walk

This poem is dedicated to my Grandma. Her name was
Johnnie Mae Kubela Henry. She passed away on
June 21st, 2003. I miss her so.
I have this cane, you see.
My Grandma bought it,
just for me!
It has four mini-legs and
is quite stable;
At least I can still go
a few places, and
am still body-abled!
