Update-Knee is worse, possible knee replacement is needed... After having an arthroscopy surgery on my left knee, and then finally having Physcial Therapy started one month later, I am starting to make some progress and do not need physical therapy anymore! Isn't that Wonderful? That was the Best news I had heard in a long time! Actually, I did not go on vacation. I went into a Rehabilitation Center to get help for being addicted to pain medication. It turned out all good in the end and I am doing "okay"! I am one lucky woman and have Jesus on my side! |

Sick? I have been there, my dear friend!

I was feeling rotten;
it, depression, is not to be
forgotten!
It sneaks up on you,
sort of like the flu!
In the blackness of night,
depression holds on to you, tight!
Thoughts of hurting you,
come and go;
Some people accomplish
this dreadful thought;
for them I pray their spirit
is not lost!
I have tried this thought,
and luckily failed.
One comes to realize,
Life is not a fairytale!!
