PIZZA HUT "BOOK IT" PROGRAM

The BOOK IT!® National Reading Incentive Program motivates children in grades kindergarten through six to read by rewarding them for their reading accomplishments. Its purpose is to develop in children a lifelong love of reading. The program begins in October and ends in March.

When a child meets a monthly reading goal, the teacher/parent gives him or her a Pizza Award Certificate. The child brings the certificate to a participating Pizza Hut® restaurant, where he or she is given a free one-topping Personal Pan Pizza®. The restaurant manager congratulates the child for meeting his or her reading goal, and will also present the child with a very cool BOOK IT! Recognition Card and Sticker for reading achievement. On each subsequent BOOK IT! visit, the child will be rewarded with more praise and another sticker. If a child meets the reading goals in all six months of the program, he or she qualifies for the All-Star Reader's Honor Roll, a classroom record of student achievement. The child also receives a BOOK IT! All-Star Reader Medallion with Neck Ribbon at Pizza Hut.

This program runs from October through March of each year.

BRAUM'S "BOOK BUDDY" CLUB

What is Braum's Book Buddy program? Braum's Book Buddy is a fun and rewarding reading incentive program for children in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. The Braum's Book Buddy program gives children the opportunity to read for delicious prizes from Braum's! Each child can earn up to six Braum's treats throughout the year.

The program runs October 2007-June 2008.

To register your child please email us with your full name, your child/ren full name, age, grade level and city in which you reside. You will also need to provide a S.A.S.E. envelope in order to receive your coupons. (please note, your children are NOT signed up until your S.A.S.E. has been received)

SIX FLAGS OVER TEXAS & LIFETIME LEARNING SYSTEMS "READ TO SUCCEED" PROGRAM

Six Flags Over Texas and Lifetime Learning Systems have teamed up to bring you the "Read to Succeed" program.

This program is open to students in Kindergarten through 6th grade ONLY.

Registered students will receive a FREE PASS to Six Flags Over Texas after completing six hours of pleasure reading. (assigned reading does not count) You will need to provide TWO S.A.S.E.'s---one for the informational packet which will be mailed to you in December and one in order to receive your ticket/s in the spring of 2008.

You may start the program at anytime after receiving your start-up packet. (December) All completed reading logs MUST be returned to us in order to receive the FREE Six Flags ticket.

To request the address in which to sign up through, please contact us. Please remember, your child will NOT be signed up for this reading incentive program until we have RECEIVED your TWO S.A.S.E.'s. Furthermore, your child will not receive their free ticket unless you return their completed READING LOG by the deadline.
