Prayerful Consideration Required

HIS is made up of families who support each other in the journey of homeschooling. It has always been asked that each family volunteer in some way to share the responsibilities. This year is no different. :-)

As you can see below, there are several places (highlighted in yellow) where you could volunteer. The HIS greeter simply meets people as they come into the monthly meeting, hands out name badges, and welcomes visitors. The phone tree committee may be used for special announcements or emergency prayer requests, but is usually activated no more than twice during the school year. Unfilled positions also include Historian, Civil War Ball, See You at the Pole, and Valentine's Day.

If none of those positions appeal to you, we can always use teachers for Thursday School. We are already thinking ahead to next semester's classes ... if you can help out, please let us know!
