MAKE SURE THE SCHOOL HAS AN UPDATED COPY OF YOUR SHOT RECORDS
The Immunization requirements have changed. The changes are effective as of August 1, 2009 for students entering Kindergarten and 7th grade in the Fall. These vaccines will be required for school registration in August.
