What Does KMS PTA DO?
Some of the things PTA is planning for this year are: sell spiritwear, sponsor the Reflections contest, provide important legislative information that relates to education in Texas, raise funds for items needed at KMS, host a fall dance, lend assistance for health screenings, host speakers for parent-related programs, recognize teachers and students through events showing appreciation for their contributions to KMS, and provide "behind the scenes" manpower that the KMS staff needs in order to execute student programs.

Why Should I Join PTA?
There are many benefits to being a PTA member. You will be able to:
voice your opinion about KMS PTA programming and spending through voting during KMS PTA meetings. YOUR VOTE COUNTS!
help plan and support KMS PTA sponsored programs that are both teacher and student-centered.
participate in programs geared towards parents of middle school aged children.

How Do I Join?
It's easy! Visit the PTA table in the cafetorium during Comanche Camp to receive your membership card through your childs comanche pride class

Visit the PTA Welcome Table before Mini School Night
or download the form from home and send it and your payment to school with your child to drop off at the front office.

Membership dues are $8.50 per person, payable in cash or check made out to KMS PTA. Forms are always available at the front office year-round.
