The Lone Star Caravaners RV Club ...
invites you to join us at one of our monthly campouts.
The LSCC (generally) camps out the first full weekend of each month. We define this as the first Saturday and Sunday of each month. Campouts are typically scheduled from Thursday to Sunday. Check the camping schedule, calendar and news for the actual dates.
Several folks gather on Thursday for a cookout and tall-tale-tellin’. We even have some who show up on Wednesday!
Friday night is usually a trip into a nearby town for dinner.
Saturday is a pot-luck or theme social, and, ...
Sunday is time to head home.
Campouts are informal ... some folks go into town to shop, others play cards or dominoes, lots of talk, plenty of friendly advice ... and more.
A brief business meeting is conducted sometime during the campout (note the emphasis on "brief")
The LSCC originated in Houston, so most campouts are within a 2 hour drive of the Bayou City ... places like Bellville, Round Top/Carmine, Columbus, Cut and Shoot, Goodrich, etc.
