The importance of Caffeine-my own words here Caffeine is a very important trigger in the role of headaches and Migraines. I drink Caffeine, a little every day because it keeps my headaches down. *Yet*, Too much of Caffeine causes a headache for me. So, it is a very *fine line* to walk if you drink it consistently! As I do! I just wanted to heed this warning to all of you! Webmaster Copyright 2003 Today, Sunday, January 11th, 2004. I woke up and did real good and then a few hours later a headache started to come on that was getting pretty SEVERE!!! So, I layed down for awhile and took a nap. That seemed to help while I was laying down but the minute I got up the pain came back. I even talked to my sister about her taking me to the Emergency Room today. HOWEVER, I then realized something very IMPORTANT, I had had NO CAFFEINE yet today. So, I immediately got a Diet Coke out of the fridgerator and drank. Within 10 minutes my headache went away! I am talking about Excedrin Quicktabs! They melt on your tongue so they go directly into your bloodstream and you get the effect right away! The pills are made up of Caffeine and Acetemetophin. Now, some of you do not drink Caffeine and for those that do not, I am so PROUD of you! You have more guts than me! I am addicted to Diet Coke, YET, my sister just told me about the poison in Soft drinks so I am going to cut back on my drinking and go for water which I have already started to do! For those that NEED Caffeine, the Excedrin Quicktabs are a quick and inexpensive way to get caffeine and then not spend the money on Soft Drinks! Just wanted to share my information with you for those that STILL DRINK SODA's EVERYDAY!! Written by Webmaster, Rebecca (Becca) E Henry Copyright March 2004 All rights reserved |
