Couples in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who study God’s Word and how to apply it to daily life. Studies focus on scripture, Christian life, relationships, and Biblical and social concerns. This class provides opportunities for couples and their families to join in fellowship and social activities as well as missions.Friday, July 11 - Playdate from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 at Alli Smith's house. Lunch is provided for the moms.
Saturday, July 26 at 6:00 p.m. - Burgers and Beverages by the pool. Join us at Ridglea Country Club for burgers cooked on the grill and all you can drink beverages. $15 per adult and $5 for children (if they are eating their own meal) payable to the Hammers. Includes one burger, fixings and drinks. You can order off of the menu if you don't care for the burger deal. There is a doller kids' menu. $5 per swimmer 4 years old and over. Cararavan leaves at 2:00 p.m. From Brookshires in Aledo I-20 West exit Willow Park We will head out to Ashleigh’s parent’s ranch. Big Valley Circle in Dennis , TX It is about a 35 minute drive from Aledo! Hot dogs and buns will be provided. Please bring chips, drinks, or side dishes of your choice. Don’t forget your beach toys, fishing poles, chairs, towels, sunscreen and swimsuits!
Directions in case you miss the caravan:
Take I-20 West through Weatherford
Take exit 403 Dennis Rd
Turn left over the bridge onto Dennis Rd. (Go 5.5 Miles)
Take slight left onto FM 1189 (Go 3.9 miles)
After you cross the Brazos river bridge you will take your first left onto Big Valley Circle (Sugar Tree Golf Course will be on your right)
You will follow Big Valley circle for 2 miles or so. You will go around a left curve and then a right curve and my parent’s house will be straight ahead. Follow the gravel drive up to the house and then you will be directed down to the river!! You can drive down to the river area! There is a barn with a bathroom and changing area!! SUMMER READING CAMP! Children ages 2 and up are invited to participate. Go to the children's library at church on Wednesday mornings for story time. Contact Robert and Lynnette Beale for more information at zona75@att.net
Where do your children go while you are in class? Sunday School is available for children ages 2 and up. What about during worship? Children ages 3 through 1st grade begin worship with their parents at 10:50. After the Children's Sermon, they are escorted by their parents to the blue floor for Children's Church.
