As I sit and wonder where did things go wrong I began to think Were you walking the walk with me to get in the jeans or were you doing it for show or cause you really want to know I don’t know I ain't the one to judge but excuse me if I gave you the wrong impression by allowing you to cuss and cuss and not say please don’t say that. I was allowing you to express yourself while I sat and intercede that God shows you mercy while you cussin and usin his name in vain. Oh pardon my smile, it wasn’t to lead you astray. I smile because God has been so good to me. I’m sorry you can’t see it through all my trials and tribulations but he’s there. My slogan is it's whatever and yes whatever the devil may throw at me I know my God will not put more on me than I can bear and he will fight all my battles. Oh don’t take my listening ear for granted as if I was in agreement of your sin. Oh no my child I just realize how far I came in this walk. When my child ask why I can’t have this right now or why I have to just watch DVDs cause our cable is off, my heart sink and I say we can’t afford it right now but God is faithful and she comforts me by saying yes he is. I know you looking out for me. Although she was conceive out of your will for me I thank you for her. I didn’t realize when I named her Jaza or nickname JC, it was for that reason she was given to feel what I go through and stand in the gap. When she thinks she's just talking she's actually ministering to me. She’s my little angel. I thank you for her. As I watch her sleep I pray over her and anoint her with oil because I know she's a blessing in which you have given unto me.

Through the hustle and bustle of your day, how often do you stop and speak the goodness of your God We go to work, tell all kinds of jokes but none you would dare share with your church members let alone your pastor The words so easy flow out your mouth But when tragedy comes you now become lost for words You can’t tell that joke anymore You treat God like a Social security card You only pull it out when you need it like applying for something What ‘cha applying for - Favor It ain’t gon happen God ain’t no horsy God You can’t ride him til you ready to get off or it becomes boring He wants you to praise him through the good and the bad He should be like American Express Can’t leave home without it Cause Stop, Drop and Roll don’t work in hell What’cha gon do?

We continuously say God knows my heart But do you know his intent To give you a hope and a future How he gon do that if we not walking and obeying the precepts of his word We talk about so and so Yet don’t try helping em out We walk around like we got it together When we actually jack up Pride stands in our way of being real We laugh at jokes degrading us But wonder why no one looking our way We say I’m tryin live holy Yet we hear In Da Club going off when yo phone rings Live holy on Sunday But like hells in you throughout the week Exactly what is your walk saying about you Are you a Bible toting, verse quoting Christian? Are you walking in a spirit of love? Love covers a multitude of sins How’s your love life? What room are you in?

What room are you in? Does he get to just be on the front porch where you chit chatting, or do you open the door and allow him in the living room where you're holding a brief conversation about everybody else cause you don't want him in the other parts of the house? Is he in the kitchen cause you cooking something for him to get feed and leave cause you said your only cute little prayer to seem religious- ,"Jesus wept" He's definitely doing that - he wants more. Or is he in the bathroom? You sit and read but don't take in ,you just release and flush. He wants the other door to enter into, the door to the bedroom. He wants to be with you.
