American Sanshou/Sanda Associaiton is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering and promoting the amateur martial-art sport of sanshou in America. Sanshou, also known as sanda, meaning "free fighting" in Chinese, features a synthesis of a wide spectrum of fighting skills including punching, kicking, grappling and throwing.
