There are many types of birds in this world but this page is about the most dangerous type of bird; the hunting birds. The hunting birds use sharp claws and beaks to their advantage. There's bound to be your favourite here!
This bird is a harris hawk. They are also called (or known as)the chicken hawk in the U.S.A. The Harris hawk has an unique behaviour pattern, they hunt in packs. Its main prey are rabbits, rodents, snakes, lizards and various other types of birds. It lives up to 15 years in the wild.
This bird of prey is my personal favourite, it's the peregrine falcon. It's one of the fastest birds in the world. It's level flight exceeds 60mph, and when it stoops it can reach the speed of 170mph! The two subspecies of the peregrine are found in Texas. This falcon's diet consists of a variety of birds, including songbirds.
