"2010 the Year of Restoration"

Mission Statement:Encourage, Equip, Empower, Edify, Enlighten Restoring the Breach
Purpose Statement:Restore the Breach

It is the Vision of this ministry as disciples of the most high God, that we all share and participate in the vision God has given to the founders, or senior prelates of this house to become a multi-cultural, interdenominational and apostolic ministry on the cutting-edge of what God is doing in this dispensation.

It is the vision of this body to operate in unity as we do our part in assisting the body of Christ in transitioning for the change, that has come; if we are to carry out the mandate Christ left us with ‘To preach the gospel, to heal the sick, to raise the dead, to set things in order, to cast out devils, to be laborers in the vineyard, and to occupy until he comes until we all come into the unity of the faith. To carry out such a mandate we must raise up and train and disciple men, women, boys and girls of all races and denominations. It is the vision to ignite and transform people into leaders to lead, no one is to come in expecting to sit down. Anytime this ministry has become so large where it seems as though people can be comfortable and hide out, it is time to plant a sister ministry.

It is the vision of this ministry that all those accepting this call, understand that it requires going above what the secular world requires of you. For this is not a occupation but a lifestyle, accepting Christ means accepting the charge to be the salt of the earth. It is our goal to present, not only to the church world, but to the market place people willing to spice up their life and the lives of those around them. It is the vision of this house to have a body of disciples who are not satisfied with the mediocre thing of life, but must strive for excellence. It is the vision and desire of the leader that people understand if you are not adding spice, you have lost your flavor, and are of no more good to the Lord.

It is not only a vision, but a mandate to carry out these orders. The body has to be restored to the order God gave, Apostolic, Prophetic, Evangelistic, Pastoral, and Teacher offices have to be in place to have a true foundation. It is also a mandate of this ministry to be able to operate effectively to re-institute order in leadership. No one is more important than another, it takes everyone operating in their grace for effective ministry.

1.God
2.Visionary or Visionaries (Husband & Wife)
3.Servant Leaders assisting the set person
4. The body at large/Lay Servant Leaders
5.The World

It is the vision of this ministry to operate debt free, to accomplish this we have envisioned as God has shown, tithers, and cheerful givers. We look to say as Moses said, we have more than enough. It is the vision of this ministry, that we raise up leaders to plant other churches in communities far and near for the sake of expanding the kingdom of God. It is the vision of this ministry that when a local body reaches 500 to 1000,to raise up other locations, house churches, community ministries, ministries, out reach. We will own Land, Real Estate, Businesses, Daycares, School of Ministry, Christian School, Christian Jam Café, etc... We live in the community, we are to affect the community we live in. We must be willing to use any venue afforded to us in reaching the lost, and restoring those, who desire to re-establish a relationship with our Savior and Lord. As it is the vision of this ministry to minister to the total man, we must under stand we have to reach outside of the walls of our local assembly. It is the goal of this ministry to not just find jobs for those desiring one, but for us to create jobs also.

It is not the vision of this ministry that people come in for a shout, but can not face day to day life, it is our goal to equip men, women, boys and girls to be whole, spiritually, mentally, economically, physically, and socially. With the gifting God has afforded every individual there is no reason for anyone to be a inactive disciple. Everyone may not be presented with a title, but everyone is a minister of reconciliation. As this ministry grows. It will become difficult for the set person to convey the vision to everyone individually, but as you grow, and disciple other, you will be empowered to share the vision, so that we all operate in unity. It is the vision that everyone give 100% for 99% will not due, representing the kingdom of God is a lifetime commitment, and just as marriage it takes all parties to make it work.

Though this is a applicable vision without a vision the people will perish, but without a people the vision will perish. Support is not an option it is a necessity. It is a vision that the set person, be able to apply totally to the things of God, and not be entangled with the cares of life. Financially, physically, mentally. For this vision of ministering to the Total Man, we Envision and call on Total Men and Women to run with the vision. We envision having disciples who not only support or run with the vision, but also totally support the visionaries in all areas. So Let us go higher in the things of the Lord together.

Apostolic Promise

Joel 2:28 –32 vs. 28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh Luke 24:45-49 vs. 49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: to be endued with power from on high. Acts 1:4-8 vs. 8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: Fulfillment of Promise Acts 2:1-4 vs. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, Acts 2:17-18 vs. 17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh

Apostles' Creed

I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, God's only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again; he ascended into heaven, he is seated at the right hand of the Father, and he will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
*Catholic – means universal church(inclusive of all Christ-centered denomination)

The Role of the Armourbearer
Facilitator: Elder Antonio M. Buckley,
Overseer of Ceremonies National Adjutancy Corps. C.O.G.I.C.,
Jurisdictional Chief Armourbearer Tennessee
Fourth Epistle Armourbearer
Temple of Deliverance Church

Servant Guild/Workshop Mission:
1. The Armourbearer is a ministry of service.
2.Armourbearer serve with good conduct, character and behavior.
3.Our common purpose and goal is to sanctify the leader in the eyes of the people; perform our duties with integrity honesty and courtesy.
4. Define Liturgical Worship related to our Most Holy Faith, and serve with a servant’s heart.

Objective: Teaching God’s armorbearers how to serve God’s people in the tabernacle.
A.To motivate and inspire servants-leaders to stand with their leaders to help him/ her fulfill God’s vision
B. help you to submit fully as unto the Lord.

C. Philippians 2:1-7
D. Helps- In addition to the usual sense of assistance, the KJV used helps in two: technical sense; for equipment used to secure a ship in storm (Acts 27:17) and for a gift of ministry (I Corinthians 12:28). Modern translations understand the “helps” of Acts 27 in various senses: ropes NIV; supporting cable; tackle; or generally as measure to used grid the ship NRSV. Holman Bible Dictionary Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.
E.1 Corinthians 12:27-28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
F. Ephesians 4: 11-16 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:

Amrourbearer is mentioned the Bible 18 times.

An Armourbearer accompanies the military leaders to bring along extra weapons and defensive equipment that would be expended during a battle (arrows, javelins, shields).
They sometimes aided the solider as well by positioning their shields for them, as in the case of Goliath, and at times killing those enemy soldiers who were left helplessly wounded by preceding combatants.Holman Bible Dictionary

Armourbearer- Are dedicated and devoted to their leaders, and they are chosen based on their loyalty, sincerity and courage.
Christian leaders today need modern day Armourbearers.
Terry Nance Example of a good Armourbearer: I Samuel 16: 21And David came to Saul, and stood before him: and he loved him greatly; and he became his armourbearer.
Example of a bad Armourbearer: I Samuel 31:4-5Then said Saul unto his armourbear, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and thrust me through, and abuse. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore afraid. Therefore Saul took a sword, and fell upon it.

The Adjutancy is the servant’s ministry of the church. It is composed of men and women of willing hearts who realize the value of “sanctifying the Leaders of the church in the eyes of the people.” The twelfth chapter of I Corinthians enumerates some of the gifts that God set in the church. Among them the Apostle lists the gift of “helps.” This gift is one of support, of being an aide. (To be sure, the proper use of this incorporates the attitude that an Armourbearer must possess.) One cannot serve effectively in the Adjutancy without first being possessed of Servant’s spirit. Armourbearer must be men and women of godly deportment. They must be an example of loyalty and holy submission to those in authority at all levels of the church. Armourbearer cannot be those who expect praise and reward for the service they render. Therefore, those who are selected for the National Adjutancy are men and women who have acknowledged the call of God to serve the leadership of the church in the matters of protocol, order and worship. They prepare for the consecration and installation of new bishops, as well as for the dignified execution of the homegoing celebrations for the deceased bishops. They assist the Presiding Bishop in the orderly conduction of national, ceremonial occasions and fulfill other duties as assigned. This kind of service is operative in most major Christian denominations as well as other secular of military organizations.

The Qualification of an Armourbearer
The Armourbearer ministry is a ministry of service.
Anyone who wishes to serve in the adjutancy can expect a life of servitude.
No Armourbearer looks forward to recognition, praise, honor or even a courteous thank- you.
Often Armourbearers serve without any type of remuneration.
No Armourbearer seeks personal glory or self-aggrandizement.
They must be discreet, poised and dignified at all times; never show-boating or seeking the applause of men.
There are times when the task is arduous and very difficult to achieve.
Armourbearers must persevere with all dispatch, requesting the aide of fellow Armourbearers to obtain the goal.

Personal Attire

The Armourbearer is a servant, and he must remember that his appearance should never attract undue, unfavorable attention to himself.
The Dress Code of the Church must be adhered to in the strictest manner.
Decorations and mixed attire will not be tolerated among Armourbearers.
Sobriety is the order of the day for an Armourbearer both publicly and privately.
An Armourbearer must always be clean and well groomed.
Fingernails shall be clean and trimmed neatly.
Your suit or cassock shall be neat.
Your shoes must be shined and the heel should not be runover at the sides.
A thorough bath and good toiletries will be necessary for serving.
Your breath must always be intact. Mints and breath fresheners should be kept on hand so that you will not offend anyone.
In this modern and increasingly permissive society, hair styles and length have become somewhat of an issue in the holiness church.
the word of God Romans 12:2 has instructed us not to “conform to this world….”
It is therefore in that spirit that we insist on every Armourbearer having his/ her hair groomed in a manner which becomes his/her holiness ministry.(Men) Your hair will have to be cut to a conservative length and uncurled. Curled, extremely wild and long afro styles which border on femininity(for men) will not be tolerated.
Mustaches and beards must be neatly trimmed and well groomed.
Platform shoes are also to be avoided.
Shoes of a conservative make are to be worn and at that point there can be no compromise.

Service

Service is devoted to the care of the temporal needs of leaders.
Included is transportation,
lodging (making sure accommodations provided are commensurate with the office),
the care of vestments
generally making sure the leader’s every need is met.
Also included in service is any administrative or technical assistance the leader may direct the adjutant to perform.
1. Transportation - If everything is in order and you can not move the leaders when they arrive in your area; you have defeated your purpose. It is always vital to have transportation available for the leaders at all times during their stay with you. It is in poor taste to receive the leaders in one car at the airport, transfer him/her to another unfamiliar car in route to the church and yet another car when he prepares to leave on following day. This is a sign of poor organization. If you hire limousines, keep those cars available until said individual(s) boards the plane for his next destination. Usually two or three limousines and three luxury cars should always be on hand for the transportation of the guests. Limousines and cars should be spotless…drivers should be adorned with gloves, excellent manners and immaculate appearance. Cars should be odor-free. Often, rented limousines have the stale odor of smoke and this should be carefully cleared out before allowing our leaders/ guests to ride there-in.
2. Lodging - It is necessary for the host church to understand that they must host the guests during a given visit. Therefore, rooms should be reserved and paid for prior to the arrival of the special guest. The armourbearer of the Church must request the very best accommodations that can be afforded the guest. The armourbearer should meet them at the airport or in front of the hotel with their keys and room assignment in hand. In the room should be water/ juices that they the guest prefer along with snacks. Schedule of activities concerning the program should be present as well. Please let the guest know the time of pick-up or desired pick-up time, remembering they are your guest please allow them to feel as if they are in control.
3. Please provide desired juices, herbal tea, bottled water, ministry towels. These items should be provided for both before/ after the services.
Servant Guild/ Workshop

PART TWO

Servant Guild/Workshop Mission:
The National Adjutancy is a ministry of service.
Armourbearer serve with good conduct, character and behavior.
Our common purpose and goal is to sanctify the leader in the eyes of the people;
perform our duties with integrity honesty and courtesy.
Define Liturgical Worship related to our Most Holy Faith, and serve with a servant’s heart.

The Altar And The Altar Ornaments

The altar is the center of Church’s worship,
the focal point of the worship space,
the table of the Lord.
It symbolizes God’s constant presence in His church.
Because the altar represents the presences of God, we should be careful to act and speak reverently when we are in the worship space.
Reverence and honor toward the altar are reverence and honor to God himself.
The altar signifies the sacrifice of our Lord for our redemption.
It is also the table for the consecration and distribution, during Holy Communion, of the bread which is the symbolic of our Lord’s body and the cup, which is symbolic of His precious blood.
For this reason it occupies the most honored position in the church. Its stands on the highest floor of the sanctuary.
Deaconess should take care to see that nothing is done to attract attention away from the altar and not detract from it.
When we enter into this worship space to carry out our responsibilities let us pray that our work may be done to the glory and honor of God.
We must view our tasks as opportunities to serve God and always remember that we are servants, not celebrities.

The Altar Ornaments

The most important ornament of the altar is the cross.
It stands for the resurrection.
The Altar cross, candlesticks and flower vases stand on the altar.
Tops of the candlestick should never be higher than the arms of the cross.
Candles have been in Christian worship from the earliest time.
They are placed on the altar on either side of the cross.
They are to be placed on the altar only if they are to be lighted.
Candles on the epistle side are lighted first and extinguished last.
Lighted symbolize Christ as the Light of the World (St John 8:12; 12:46).
A large pair of candles may sometimes stand on the floor.
The two lights represent the divine and the human natures of Christ.
Candles used in worship should be at least 51 percent beeswax so that they will burn slowly and evenly and should be stored in a cool place.
Flowers used in church as an expression of our high regard and reverence for God and His home.
When used on the altar, matching arrangements are usually placed on either side of the cross.
They should never be higher than the arms of the cross.
Flowers should enhance not dominate the cross.
There are several things to remember regarding the use of flowers:
1. Never place an arrangement on a piano or organ. They are not the centers of worship but valuable instruments which could be damaged by the moisture.
2. Never place flowers on the pulpit.
3. Never let flowers touch or decorate the cross.
4. Never leave withered flowers on the altar or in the church.
5. Never leave empty vases on the altar.
6. Never overdo: simplicity is always best in the church decorations.

Table Setting Guide:

Informal Place Setting
When an informal three-course dinner is served, the typical place setting includes these utensils and dishes:
Our illustration shows how a table would be set for the following menu:
Soup course
Salad or first course
Entrée
Dessert
a. Dinner plate: This is the ‘hub of the wheel’ and is usually the first thing to be set on the table.
In our illustration, the dinner plate would be placed where the napkin is, with the napkin on top of the plate.
b. Two Forks: The forks are placed to the left of the plate. The dinner fork, the larger of the two forks, is used for the main course; the smaller fork is used for a salad or appetizer. The forks are arranged according to when you need to use them, following an ‘outside-in’ order. If the small fork is needed for an appetizer or a salad served before the main course, then it is placed on the left (outside) of the dinner fork; if the salad is served after the main course, then the small fork is placed to the right (inside) of the dinner fork, next to the plate.
c. Napkin: The napkin is folded or put in a napkin ring and placed either to the left of the forks or on the center of the dinner plate. Sometimes, a folded napkin is placed under the forks.
d. Dinner knife: The dinner knife is set immediately to the right of the plate, cutting edge facing inward. (If the main course is meat, a steak knife can take the place of the dinner knife.) At an informal meal, the dinner knife may be used for all courses, but a dirty knife should never be placed on the table, placemat or tablecloth.
e. Spoons: Spoons go to the right of the knife. In our illustration, soup is being served first, so the soupspoon goes to the far (outside) right of the dinner knife; the teaspoon or dessert spoon, which will be used last, goes to the left (inside) of the soupspoon, next to the dinner knife.
f. Glasses: Drinking glasses of any kind – water, wine, juice, ice tea – are placed at the top right of the dinner plate, above the knives and spoons. Other dishes and utensils are optional, depending on what is being served, but may include:
g. Salad plate: This is placed to the left of the forks. If salad is to be eaten with the meal, you can forgo the salad plate and serve it directly on the dinner plate. However, if the entrée contains gravy or anything runny, it is better to serve the salad on a separate plate to keep things neater.
h. Bread plate with butter knife: If used, the bread plate goes above the forks, with the butter knife placed diagonally across the edge of plate, handle on the right side and blade facing down.
i. Dessert spoon and fork: These can be placed either horizontally above the dinner plate (the spoon on top with its handle facing to the right; the fork below with its handle facing left); or beside the plate. If placed beside the plate, the fork goes on the left side, closest to the plate (because it will be the last fork used) and the spoon goes on the right side of the plate, to the right of the dinner knife and to the left of the soupspoon.
j. Coffee cup and saucer: Our illustration shows a table setting that would be common in a restaurant serving a large number of people at once, with coffee being served during the meal. The coffee cup and saucer are placed above and to the right of the knife and spoons. At home, most people serve coffee after the meal. In that case the cups and saucers are brought to the table and placed above and to the right of the knife and spoons.
