CCF Objectives

1. Encourage and Equip Pastors:

Who pastors the pastor?  In the local church, people have a
pastor they can go to for encouragement, council and spiritual guidance.  Where does the pastor go?  CCF is committed to taking pro-active steps to pastor pastors.  When pastors are healthy and growing, the church will also follow in health and growth!

2. Assist in Developing Church Leadership:

There is a great need and opportunity today for church leadership to be properly trained.  Far too often, church leaders have not received the adequate training that would allow them to successfully lead and guide groups of people toward maturity.  If this continues, underdeveloped leadership will lead to underdeveloped members and outreach.  It is CCF's heart to assist local congregations in developing relevant, properly trained and empowered leadership.

3. Strengthen Churches:

God's design for the delegated ascension gifts (Ephesians 4: 8-16) was to fully strengthen the local church.  Today, many pastors and churches are seeing the need for gifts and assistance beyond what they possess in the local setting.  With the broad range of CCF's leadership experience, gifts and ministries, CCF is committed to being available to strengthen local churches.

4. Network with the Body of Christ:

CCF strongly believes in the principle that we can do more together than we can by ourselves;  thus we are committed to finding and connecting with other life-giving churches, ministries and leaders.  We are living in a special season when denominational walls are less important than in previous days and Christian unity is growing.  It seems that God is calling independent churches and leaders to more fully connect with other churches and leaders.  As this trend of connecting continues and increases, the church will produce a greater witness and impact for Christ.

5. Participate in the Worldwide Harvest:

Never before in the history of mankind have we been able to track the completion of the great commission like we can in these days.  Missions agencies and networks have given us fresh perspective on how to fully accomplish preaching the gospel to all nations and all peoples.  CCF is intent on participating in this great completion!   CCF is not intent on only growing within her current international locations, but will strategically move beyond these to boldly go to new frontiers until disciples are made of all nations.
