2007-2008 EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETINGS
The primary function of the Executive Board meetings shall be to transact the business of the SCE PTO consistent within the Bylaws, the Standing Rules adopted by the Executive Board, and the Executive Board’s annual goals. The Executive Board shall lead the PTO’s activities and control the affairs, funds and property of the PTO, reporting all of its activities to the general membership. Any regular or voting members may attend an Executive Board meeting, but shall not be entitled to vote on matters before this body. The scheduled 2007-2008 PTO Executive Board meeting dates are TBD.
2007-2008 GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS
General PTO meetings will be held in the PTO room located in the Kindergarten hallway and are scheduled as follows. Please email the PTO Board President Stephanie Hood
if you would like to add an item for discussion to the agenda. We look forward to seeing you there!
