Chronic Anger Can Cost!
Although anger is a natural emotion, it may be ruining your personal life and can affect your professional life as well. Instead of expressing your anger in a healthy or positive assertive way, you may be expressing it with hostility in an aggressive manner that could lead to violence and create negative consequences.
What you will learn:
1. What is anger?
2. How to reduce anger
3. How to avoid quick escalation
4. Effective communication skills in the angry moment
5. Emotional Intelligence
* Class Day: Thursday Evenings
* Class Times: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
* Classes meet above maximum criteria for all anger managment training.
* Classes are 6 - 2 hour sessions to be attended in succession over a 6 week period.
* Certificate given after classes have satisfactory completion.
* All clients must pre-register for classes to reserve seating.
* No walkins accepted.
* Full Payment is required for the classes.
