Charisma Carter is member of the National Consortium of Black Women in Ministry Organization and received her Ministerial Certificate through Leadership of Pastor Gregory Drake at Jubilee Community Church. Charisma plans to pursue her degree in Worship and Technical Arts, worshipleading to pastor people in the presence of God. Charisma's passion is to mentor the hearts of women with inspiration and encouragement spiritually, mentally and emotionally [spirit,soul,and body] teaching principles of Worship in drawing near to God for strength and direction. One of Charisma's other aspirations is to become an Esthetician, a skin care specialist.

Charisma began singing at the age of five years old. At the age of fifteen, Charisma knew that she was destined to become a psalmist and sing praise and worship. Charisma a member of Jubilee Community Church Pastor Gregory and First Lady Tonyeka Drake Founder and Senior Pastor.

She is founder of Women in Need of God's Strength Ministries. In 2005 WINGS was conceived,and birthed in February 2005 in Positioning4Purpose Mentoring Program leadership of Prophetess NaNette Stevenson.

In December of 2001, Charisma was a member of Antioch Christian Church in Irving,Texas where Pastor Norris McGill is the founder and Senior Pastor. In the obedience of the Holy Spirit both Pastor McGill and Elder Tonya McGill imparted wisdom to Charisma to move forward in her Psalmist Ministry. Charisma's ultimate goal as a Worshiper is to lead people into the presence of God! She stands on the Scripture: John 4:24 "God is a Spirit, and they who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth".

On May 9th, 2003, she presented her first Praise and Worship Concert at the DeSoto Corner Theater. Charisma has ministered at local churches in the Dallas metroplex as well as Monroe, Louisiana. She look forward to releasing her first album in 2009.
