Charisma McCullough is a member of the National Consortium of Black Women in Ministry Organization and received her Ministerial Certificate through Leadership Pastor Gregory L Drake at Jubilee Community Church. Charisma's passion is to Mentor the Hearts of Women with inspiration and encouragement: spiritually, mentally and emotionally teaching principles to(PURIFY)the heart: Prayer, Understanding, Repentance, Impartation and Faith.Charisma began singing at the age of five years old. At the age of fifteen, Charisma knew that she was destined to become a psalmist and sing praise and worship. Charisma is a member of Jubilee Community Church Senior Pastor Gregory L Drake and First Lady Tonyeka Drake.

Charisma is founder of Women in Need of God's Strength Ministries. In 2005 WINGS was conceived,and birthed under leadership of Prophetess NaNette Stevenson, Positioning4Purpose Mentoring Program. In December of 2001, In the obedience of the Holy Spirit Senior Pastor Dr. Norris McGill and Dr. Tonya McGill of Antioch Christian Church in Irving,Texas imparted wisdom to Charisma to move forward in her Psalmist Ministry. Charisma's ultimate goal as a Worshiper is to lead people into the presence of God! She stands on the Scripture: John 4:24 "God is a Spirit, and they who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth".

On May 9th, 2003, she presented her first Praise and Worship Concert at the DeSoto Corner Theater. Charisma has ministered at local churches in the Dallas metroplex as well as Monroe, Louisiana. She look forward to releasing her first single in 2012 and now pursuing her Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
