The UVSC Red Cross Club Projects. We assist in the process at our blood drives on campus. Hosting 2 Blood Drives each semester. It takes several volunteers to work the sign in table and answering basic question. Promoting the Blood Drive.

We host 2 fundraisers each semester if possible. One for the Chapter and the other for the Club. These range to collection cans at various locations on campus to several locations at local businesses.

Other ways of serving is to promote Disaster Relief Training and Public Awareness to students on Campus and for the Chapter in the community.

Networking with other Clubs on Campus, and working concession stands, and First Aid Stations at events.

Working to achieve the goal, just knowing that saving a life and having the knowledge to save a life makes a difference.

To achieve successful activities we have to work as a team. How do we do this is by coordinating our different schedules with each other as a whole, taking turns during the course of the event working in shifts of 1 to 2 hours each. Or making a sacrifice and being devoted to the Mission of the Purpose and cause. Giving a complete 110% to be at the event. As for Club Officers should make every effort to keep the event from becoming a failure. Communicating is the key to success. Completing all required training to be most effective to Volunteerism.
