Volunteer Opportunity

The Hill AFB Thrift Shop is also looking for volunteers! They are open Wednesday and Thursday from 10-5. If you have just a few hours to spend with adults and wish to help the Thrift Shop out, please call Amy or Beth at (801) 825-1026 or learn more about the Thrift Shop at hillthriftshop.com.

The Airman's Attic is also looking for volunteers! We have been fortunate for the past 5 years to have the Attic staffed by a contractor and a few volunteers. As of 30 Sept this year funding for that contract will expire. We will only be able to continue this valuable service if we can find dedicated volunteers to assist with managing the Airman's Attic. Our hope is that several base organizations will offer to staff the Airman's Attic, one day each week. The Airman's Attic is willing to adjust the days and hours of operation to fit volunteer availability. This is a much needed program and we want to do everything in our power to continue this service. These free programs help Airman and civilians out during emergency situations and sometimes just to help get by in tough times.
