  • • TCIT was established in March, 2003 by dedicated founders, it was legally registered after fulfilment of all legal requirements with the Ministry of Home Affairs Tanzania on March 23rd 2004,Certificate of Registration with So.No.12045 provided and 17th November 2006 registration of certificate of Compliance registration No1721,cap.337

    SOURCE OF FUNDS

  • • Funds shall be solicited from Individuals, the Government (Local and Central) ,Donor Agencies, Co-operative Union and other sources, Funds may be accepted as contributions, Donations , and grants,
    • Member’s contributions in the form of entry fees and annual fees, Entry fees shall be paid at the time of membership application while annual membership shall be paid by the member as lamp sum or instalments.,

The main activity of the organization is to facilitate access to information Technology for sustainable development, initiatives towards poverty alleviation among the marginalized communities and groups: -such women, youths, disables, street children, elders and Environment ,

    LONG TERM PLANS AND STRATEGIES FOR SUSTAINABLE OPERATION OF (TCIT)

  • As already started 15% operation cost has been met through donations by well wishes in kind. In fact this is not reliable and sustainable source since it has no guarantee in terms of arrival time and much and for what it is therefore difficult to make a realistic budget based on uncertain sources of income ,
    For this matter the management of TCIT has planned following sustainable activities:,
    • Construction of Nursey school,: This will enable many children from poor families to get pre-primary education as other children from rich families, reduce segregation and help in gender balance. ,
    • Construction of Orphanage centre: This will help orphan children and street children to get basic human needs such as clothes, food , shelter ,love and education,
    • Construction of Primary School:- This will enable many children from poor families and orphans to get primary education as other children from rich families, reduce segregation and help in gender balance,
    • The provision of safe environment for Children and adult education will reduce the burden of HIV/AIDS,MALARIA and other diseases (Goal 6:Combat HIV/AIDS,Malaria and other diseases ) The Children and their families targeted by this project all live in extreme poverty as define by the WHO (Goal 1),
    • To facilitate the establishment of Community –based Information community for sustainable development,
    • To support the most vulnerable widows, elderly, and disables living in difficult Circumstances ,
    • To network with similar national and International Organization the advancement of information technology,
