New Riders

At the moment we are riding on Saturdays and Wednesday evenings.
The Saturday rides tend to be 15 to 25 miles long, our pace is not to furious so as long as you can handle these distances you should be OK.
Give Julie a ring (01422 240601) if you have any questions.
You should however be equiped with the following:
•spare inner tube and pump
•helmet ***A MUST***
•clothing to suit the conditions
•food and water
•tools - multi tool
We would also suggest a selection of repair materials such as zip ties, gaffa tape, chain link etc.
Lights are required for Wednesday night rides (with the exception of July and August). Front lights should be at least 10w.
