Registration Info

If you have a child entering our school for the first time, we will need these items when your child begins:
1) A preschool Enrollment form - this form will given to you when you register, or send an email from main web page to request a copy.
2) You may download the Virginia School Entrance Health Examination Form here.
3) We will also need to see your child's birth certificate as proof of identity.
4) If your child has any allergies, please download the Food Allergy Action Plan here - this form should be filled out by your physician. The allergy form must be submitted along with any prescribed medications before your child attends preschool.

2012-2013 Registration Schedule:

We will accept registrations beginning with the following dates:

January 25 - Continuing Families

February 1 - Returning Families and Gailee UMC members by mail; preview families by mail.

February 15 - New families by mail

Continuing Families: (Families with children currently enrolled)
You may register your child by dropping off the registration form in the preschool office box beginning January 25th. You may also mail it to the administrative office address (see below) with a postmark of January 25 or later. Because we already have your health form and enrollment form on file, no new forms are necessary at this time. We look forward to having our families return and appreciate your support.

Returning Families: (Families of our preschool graduates. Members of Galilee United Methodist.)
Those families who have had children in our school in previous years are considered in this category. You may begin to register by mail with a postmark of February 1 or later. Please make sure to enclose the registration form and fee. Members of Galilee United Methodist Church may also begin to register in this category.

Preview Families: (Families who visited our facility.)
Those families who have made preview visits to our school may fill out the registration form, enclose the fee, and mail it (see address below) with a postmark of February 1 or later. You will be notified by letter of admission to the preschool. Forms postmarked before that date will be returned.

New Families:
Families that will be new to our school may mail in their registration forms and fees beginning with a postmark of February 15 or later. Families will be notified by mail of the placement of their children.
