VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE: Natalie Kelly is our coordinator and she has been working very hard to put a spreadsheet together detailing each families volunteer responsibilities for the upcoming season. She has developed the spread sheet using the preferences and vacation schedules identified in your registration packets. She will be making assumptions on qualified positions based on the mandatory training requirement. Please help her in this difficult assignment. Each family will be making a commitment and will need to help find a backfill if the commitment cannot not be met for whatever reason. Volunteers: Arrive a few minutes early so you are in place when meet starts Contact the Volunteer Coordinator if you have any conflicts with the schedule. Keep it fun! we should all be enjoying the swimteam.

Parents: Keep your swimmers close to bullpen so they can hear when they are being called to swim.

If you are scheduled as a Bullpen Check-in volunteer please arrive 30 minutes prior to the meet start time. This new position will help the coaches check the swimmers in and mark their meet schedules on their arms. Thank you all for your help.
