The Bristol Host Lions Club has four major fund-raising projects:

Broom Sale
Each Spring we have our annual Broom Sale at various locations in the Bristol area. Many people are not aware that brooms are available from any Lions Club member throughout the year. Contact information for the Broom Sale Committee is shown on our web page.

Gun Raffle

Each Fall we raffle off 30 guns in 30 days. There is a winner guaranteed every day and we use the Virginia Pick Three numbers that are chosen each night and posted in the Bristol Herald Courier. If you are an outdoors enthusiast, or if you know one in your family, please contact us for more details.

Golf Tournament
Each year we host a golf tournament at a local golf club. We have a hole-in-one contest, closest to the pin, longest drive and many other awards in this fund raiser.

Gold Plate Banquet
The Gold Plate Banquet, our largest fundraiser, is held in October of each year. An excellent dinner with entertainment provided afterward. We give away $7500 dollars in door prizes and other great prizes during this evening banquet.

The money raised from these events helps to support the numerous programs sponsored by the Bristol Host Lions Club.
